EGNEDOL partners operate specialist Sheep, Goat and Cows milk mixture type white cheese production facilities.

 

 

The consumption of this type of cheese is increasing year on year in the UK and it is now routinely sold at all of the major supermarket chain outlets.

 

The process requires large amounts of low grade heat and a feedstock of goat, sheep or cows milk.

 

The construction of this type of cheese production unit will help to sustain the local farming community and will promote new farming practices in the area.

 

Our team will work with local farming groups to encourage a sustainable local supply of sheep and goats milk to the facility, in order to avoid the requirements to purchase this from other locations.
